Rates are published on each of our property's pages. To see rates, pull up the property you're interested in, and click "Rates".
Extra person charge of $25/person may apply. Rollaway beds and cribs available. NO SMOKING IN ANY UNIT. Pets allowed in some units at management’s discretion through prior arrangement, damage deposit will be required.
Payment
Payment may be on Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit cards; approved personal, business, or traveler checks; or cash. A credit card number or one night payment (nonrefundable) may be required as a security deposit.
Deposit Policy A deposit of one night room and tax is required to reserve. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival or 60 Days prior to Holiday/Major Festivals period arrival. Reservations received within 45 days of arrival require full non-refundable payment at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation received within 10 days of booking is entitled to full refund. Cancellation received after 10 days will forfeit entire deposit. Cancellation received within 45 days (or 60 days for Holidays/Major Festivals) of arrival is non-refundable.
Housekeeping Checkout cleaning is included for every stay. Additional cleaning may be provided a la carte ($35/hour).
Damages Management reserves the right to charge guests for damage or cleaning determined to be excessive.
Substitution In the event a property reserved becomes unavailable for any reason Elevation Vacations will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate Guest in a comparable or superior property. If no alternative property is available that is suitable for the Guest's needs Elevation Vacations will refund all payments and deposits in full with no further obligation expected of either party.
Rental Agreement All guests shall be subject to these and the additional terms of the Elevation Vacations Rental Agreement upon accepting occupancy of the vacation rental property provided. Please contact your sales agent for a copy of this Agreement or any other details.
