| Women's Week is back at it in Telluride |
 25 years ago, Women's Week made its debut at Telluride Ski Resort. Today, it is the longest running Women's Week program in North America.
Taught by women for women, Women's Week is specifically designed for women who enjoy the supportive environment of female instructors and students. Throughout the week, skills are improved, confidence is strengthened and lifelong friendships are made.
This winter, there will be three opportunities to participate in Telluride Women's Week:
- January 25-27 - Theme: Fashion & Fitness
- February 11-15 - Theme: Health & Nutrition
- February 26-March 2 - Theme: Mountain Living

The Telluride Ski Resort (Telski) kicks off the 2006-2007 ski season with the annual Donation Day on November 22, 2006. All proceeds from the $25 lift ticket benefit the Telluride Ski & Snowboard Club.
Free hot chocolate, coffee, and donuts will be served by the Telluride Ski and Snowboard Club at the Gondola station in the Mountain Village all day! Lift tickets on Donation Day are $25 for all skiers and snowboarders including season pass holders. Children five and under ski free. The Telluride Ski Resort donates all net proceeds from lift ticket sales the first day of the season to support the community's young skiers and boarders through the Telluride Ski and Snowboard Club.

Transit
Linking two towns, the GONDOLA is the only transportation system of its kind in North America. Running daily from 7 am to midnight, the 13-minute gondola ride eliminates the 20-minute, 8-mile drive between both towns. (The gondola operates year-round, with temporary off-season closures.)
Dial-A-Ride offers FREE transportation for guests and residents in and around Mountain Village. A courtesy phone is located at main gondola station or ask a Guest Service Host to radio a shuttle for a pick-up. All the Dial-A-Ride vehicles are new Yukons or Toyota Hybrids and easily identified by their Mountain Village logo. Call (970) 728-8888 for more information.
Parking
There are several parking lots available for guests, residents, and people working in Mountain Village and parking is enforced 7 days a week from 8am until 5pm. Varied rates apply during the shoulder seasons. Keep in mind that unauthorized parking is NOT allowed on any street or right of way in Mountain Village.
