FRACTIONAL OWNER SERVICES:
Activity Reservations
We will be happy to help Pine Meadows owners organize any activities you would like to arrange in the Telluride region. Available activities include golf, horseback riding, jeep tours, glider rides, flyfishing, and mountain biking. We can also assist you with dinner reservations, special events, and summer festivals including some of the harder to get reservations and tickets.
We often have access to lift ticket specials during the winter and a limited amount of pre-season specials. These often must be ordered well in advance of your intended arrival. See www.tellurideskiresort.com for the latest ski area information, adult and children’s ski school, and specials.
Call us for other suggestions and information. Please keep in mind that owners are responsible for all applicable activity costs, as well as cancellation penalties should your plans change.
Owner Storage
Pine Meadows provides long-term storage for owners. Individual lockers for each owner will be available in the laundry room of each residence. Storage lockers for each owner will also be available in the parking garage or laundry room of each residence. There may be no need to transport your skis or golf clubs between each visit.
Housekeeping Services
All housekeeping services are performed between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Services requested outside of these hours may be billed as Custom Service.
Daily Service
This service is provided, upon request, each day of a owner's stay. This includes emptying all wastebaskets; replacing bath and kitchen linens and amenities; the wiping of tubs, toilets, showers, and vanities; and the making of all beds. Also included is a wiping of all counters, appliances and sinks, and placing dirty dishes in dishwasher. ($30/hour)
Mid-Week Service
This service is provided during the middle of each week of a owner's stay. In addition to the services described above, beds are changed, kitchen is thoroughly cleaned, furniture dusted, carpet vacuumed, and all amenities replenished. For example, a two-week stay from Saturday to Saturday would include cleanings on the first and second Wednesday or Thursday.
