I have been an owner of a fractional interest in the Pine Meadows Development, Unit 139, for approximately seven years and have been a frequent visitor to Telluride during that time. Throughout this period, our unit has been managed by Elevation Vacations. Their service in managing the reservation system, maintaining the unit, managing finances, and dealing with other aspects of managing the property has been exemplary. Interfacing with multiple owners in a situation such as a fractional is undoubtedly more difficult than dealing with a single owner, but their staff has always been courteous and responsive and has worked hard to resolve issues. I would recommend their service to other owners.
