General Owner Information

When you are an Elevation Vacations Owner you will benefit from all we have to offer!  Here are some of the services you will receive when we are caring for your unit. 


Spring Clean/ Fall Clean
Elevation Vacations', L.L.C. standard spring clean involves a carpet cleaning, having all bedding professionally laundered (bedspreads, duvets, mattress pads, pillow shams, blankets, etc.), taking inventory and restocking kitchen items, doing a complete maintenance/inventory/housekeeping inspection, and completing an overall in-depth clean including, but not limited to, cupboard cleans, refrigerator cleans, a thorough dusting, cleaning showerheads, fireplace glass cleaning, etc. There are additional services that can be done at your request during this time, such as a slate floor seal or anything special that you think needs attention. 

EMERGENCY ON CALL SERVICE: If you are currently in house in Telluride, we have an emergency on-call service that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If you have an after hours emergency and there is no longer anyone answering the front desk phone at our office, feel free to call 970-708-7034 and someone will be able to assist you.

Lockbox Management
The general purpose for changing the lockbox/garage codes at all properties is for security measures. These codes are frequently changed every year or two.

Inspection of Units Before every guest arrival and after each guest departure we perform a full inspection of Private Homes/condos to ensure that they are in the best possible condition and to assist with documentation if damages occur.  All charges will be billed back to the correct guest.

MaintenanceIf you are an owner who has a contract with Elevation Vacations, your property will be inspected for any maintenance needs on a regular basis.  Owners are kept informed of any expenses that arise due to normal wear and tear of property.

GENERAL COSTS:

  • On Site Property Management Services, Maintenance (Including Spring/Fall Inspections, Ski Trail Maintenance, Deck Shoveling, Trash Pick-up, Fix-its for Owners/Guests, etc.)

  • After Hours Emergency Services 
    $75/hour
  • Surcharge on Purchases for Property(purchases up to $750) 
    18%
  • Project Management Fee (purchases/projects over $750 managed by EV)

  • Housekeeping for Owner and Owner Guests 
    $34/hour
  • Owner Guest Stays Administration Fee (NEW)
    $45(1-2 Bedrooms) & $95(3Bedrooms or larger)
  • Interest on Overdue Monthly Balances
    18%
  • Maintenance Services provided by outside contractors not requiring EV management.
