 FRONT DESK HELP:
To contact our front desk receptionist during normal business hours with any general questions you might have about our company, the area, the properties we manage, or our services, you can either:

EMERGENCY ON CALL SERVICE:
If you are a current guest of Elevation Vacations, we have an emergency on-call service that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

*If you have an after hours emergency and there is no longer anyone answering the front desk phone at our office, feel free to call our Guard Service, MASTERS SERCURITY, at (970) 729-0044*


INSPECTION OF UNITS:
Before every guest arrival we do full inspections of the houses/condos to ensure that they are in the best possible condition for your stay. If any problems occur during your stay (i.e. a light bulb burns out, etc.), please feel free to contact us at 728-8160 x208 or x207 and the problem will be resolved as soon as possible.


MID-STAY CLEANS:
All Elevation Vacations guests who stay for four or more nights will receive a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping visit.

• In general, this service will occur every three to four days between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
• Mid-stay cleans include fresh bed linens, fresh towels, and light bathroom and kitchen cleans.
  
  *Please let us know a head of time if more housekeeping is needed during your stay.*

GROCERY SHOPPING IN TELLURIDE
If you would like to shop after you have arrived in Telluride/Mountain Village, there are a couple of different options.

Mountain Village:

The Market at Mountain Village
620 Mountain Village Blvd. is open daily from 7am-9pm and has a wide selection of foods, as well as an in house liquor store and coffee shop. It is located right next to the gondola parking ramp.

Town of Telluride:

Clark’s Market
located on the north end of town 
700 West Colorado Ave. www.clarksmarket.com  

Village Market 
157 South Fir in the center of town.
