Winter season rentals remain brisk in Mountain Village.  Record snow fall in Telluride and Mountain Village give us confidence that sales will increase for 2008/2009 Ski Season!  The Summer Festivals and Outdoor Activities continue to bring people to Telluride and properties are continuing to be filled on a regular basis.

It is not too late to start earning rental income from your home or condo in Mountain Village this summer---we will start receiving Winter 08/09 reservations in May! 

Our compensation is based upon charging a commission on rentals.  While we provide all the benefits of a Caretaking Service we do not charge fees for those services.

Rentals can even happen while a property is listed for sale as rental guests will accommodate showings with 24 hours of notice.
