Plan Your Lessons Ahead of Time
As a PSIA / AASI member, the Telluride Ski & Snowboard School has a rich history of innovative teaching techniques. Student centered teaching is at the core of our program and lessons cater to your individual needs. First time skiers and snowboarders who take a lesson will be able to navigate beginner terrain by the end of their first day. The Three Day Beginner Adventure enables you to develop life-long skills and independence on the mountain. Telluride is home to Lift 10, which offers some of the most gentle beginner terrain in Colorado. If you are a more experienced skier or boarder, the Telluride Ski & Snowboard School offers a full range of exciting options. Take your sport to the next level and learn the secrets of the mountain with your instructor.

Group Lessons
Beginner Adventure
If you're ready to take up skiing and snowboarding we've got a comfortable way for you to start. Enjoy miles of beginner-friendly terrain accessible by state-of-the-art high-speed chairlifts and our Magic Carpet lift. First-time skiers and snowboarders only. The Beginner Adventure is offered from 11:15 am. - 3:45 p.m.

Morning Clinic
Get your day started with a quick intense morning clinic to get your blood pumping and your boards moving. The Morning Clinic is offered between 9:00 am - 10:45 am during select dates only.

Full-Day Adventure
Learn under the careful guidance of our expert instructors in a social group setting. Focus on what you want to learn cruisers, bumps, steeps, trees or the terrain park; the choice is yours. 11:15 am - 3:45 p.m.

Private Lessons
A private lesson is about you - what you want to learn, who you want to learn with, what terrain you want to cover and at what pace you want to progress. Reservations are highly recommended. Private lessons allow you to bring up to six family members and friends per instructor. Lessons are offered for skiing, snowboarding, telemark skiing and snowbiking. Reservations are required for all private lessons.

Children's Lessons
Children are divided into programs that offer age-specific learning experiences. Snowboard instruction is available for children ages 7 - 12, while ski lessons are offered to children ages 3 -12.
