Elevation Vacations has a variety of great rental properties in Telluride Mountain Village to match the needs of every visitor.  To assist you in your selection we have implemented a rating system of 1-5 "Keys" for all our Telluride Mountain Village properties.

This system is based on a set of standards that reflect commentary from past guests, Travel Agents, property owners, and our staff.  These ratings are based on the following criteria:

• Amenities/Decor/Newness
• Ski Access/Location
• Bedding/Spaciousness
• Views
• Hot tub and Parking

IIIII  Only the very best of the best will receive a 5 "Key" rating-these are properties that are considered "World Class".  Easy ski in ski out, the finest and latest amenities and decor, fabulous Mountain views are assured.

IIII   These are top luxury properties, by any measure, the finest among Telluride lodging options-Elevation Vacations' platinum level properties.

III    Luxury properties, meets the Elevation Vacations "Higher Level" standard-good ski access, views, great amenities.

II     Standard properties, these are good value vacation rental options-some benefit, like good ski access or a nice hot tub.

I      We do not presently represent properties that do not achieve at least a one "Key" rating by this system.
