Our Rates & Policies
Rates are published on each of our property's pages. To see rates, pull up the property you're interested in, and click "Rates". A PDF document will open which includes bedding specifications and rates for the season.

Extra person charge of $10/person may apply. Rollaway beds and cribs available. NO SMOKING IN ANY UNIT. Pets allowed in some units at management’s discretion through prior arrangement, damage deposit will be required.

Payment
Payment may be on Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit cards; approved personal, business, or traveler checks; or cash. A credit card number or one night payment (refundable) may be required as a security deposit.

Deposit Policy
A deposit of one night room and tax is required to reserve. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival or 60 Days prior to Holiday period arrival. Reservations received within 45 days of arrival require full non-refundable payment at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation received within 10 days of booking is entitled to full refund. Cancellation received after 10 days will forfeit entire deposit. Cancellation received within 45 days (or 60 days for Holidays) of arrival is non-refundable.

Housekeeping
Checkout cleaning is included for every stay. A thorough midweek clean is provided for stays of 4 nights or more including linen and towel exchange, trash removal, and bathroom and kitchen cleaning. Additional cleaning may be provided a la carte ($30/hour).

Damages
Management reserves the right to charge guests for damage or cleaning determined to be excessive.
