Designed by Tommy Hein, this unique house of wood and steel blends a mining motif with all the comforts of home. The house is located two blocks from main street and the town park. It's a great location and provides wonderful accommodations for the Bluegrass Festival, Blues and Brews, and the Film Festival. You can sit on the front deck and hear music from the town park. You can walk to the Gondola, restaurants and shops. The Alder Home has 3 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The den serves as a potential 4th bedroom.
